As a wise man once told me: Oppo help dissuade you from making poor automobile choices?

Price out some of the regular maintenance that the vehicle will need. That'll dissuade you.

There are plenty of clean Rolls-Royces around for $30k. With Rolls-Royce build quality and simple GM V8 engines, maintenance shouldn't be too expensive.
You could decent Corniche , Silver Spur , or Silver Cloud around that price.

The ad for the Corniche says:
"It has just come back from Martin at Master Rolls mechanic. The receipt is for $10,585 of just engine work that was performed."

That might just be cheaper than the maintenance for a newer Bentley.
However, since the current owner decided to spend that much money on the engine, you don't have to!

For that money I'd prefer a DB7.
